1. Shipping Regions & Carriers

We currently ship within Australia only. We utilize reputable courier services (such as Australia Post, TNT, or other specialized carriers) to ensure secure and trackable delivery.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) after order verification and payment clearance. Processing times may be longer during promotional periods or due to high order volume.

3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days after dispatch (available at checkout for an additional fee).

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier processing, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, destination, and selected service. You will see the final shipping charge before completing your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, extra costs, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.

7. International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping outside of Australia.

8. Temperature-Sensitive Shipping

Peptides are sensitive compounds. All shipments include appropriate insulation and cooling materials (e.g., ice packs) to maintain stability during transit for a limited period.

  • It is the customer’s critical responsibility to retrieve the package immediately upon delivery and store the contents according to the provided specifications (typically at or below -20°C).

  • Chinese Peptide Company is not liable for product degradation if these handling and storage instructions are not followed after delivery.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost/Stolen: If your tracking indicates “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please first check with household members, neighbours, and your local post office. If the package remains missing, contact us within 3 business days of the marked delivery date. We will initiate an inquiry with the carrier.

  • Damaged: If your package arrives with visible external damage, you must refuse the delivery if possible or note the damage with the carrier. Contact us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photographs of the damaged packaging and contents to file a claim.
